Remove Related Tab from Dynamics 365 UCI Form - Moazam Badane's Blog

Based on requirements you might get a scenario where you might want to hide related tab from UCI Form

Using a related tab you can access related records, this tab is to the right side of the other tab.

To remove the Related tab do the following customizations.

Go to From and Select Form Properties and unselect Show Navigation Items

Save and Publish your changes, and verify the related tab is removed.
